Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Damaged or altered items are not eligible for exchange.

Online Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at aaron@solumlight.com within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following case: The item is faulty or defective. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that any currency exchange differences or bank charges will not be covered.

5. Shipping & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs or duties for international returns. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. AENTIA is not liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

6. Reporting Issues

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing aaron@solumlight.com. Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description.
